And the best part is, all you need are two ingredients. So it’s super simple to whip up. The black beans take the place of the water, eggs, and oil in a brownie batter. And I think that the beans’ texture are the key to making brownies that melt in your mouth.
Black Bean Brownies
- Open the can of black beans and rinse the beans and the inside of the can. Put the beans back in the clean can and fill to the top with water.
- Puree the water and black beans until smooth.
- Mix with packaged brownie mix. Cook according to box.
